This website is operated by MD AJAD RAZBI under the trade name A.Z TRADERS. Constitution of Business: Proprietorship. Customers agree to purchase HSN 1209 planting seeds for lawful personal and agricultural use.
1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern access to A.Z TRADERS and every purchase of HSN 1209 planting-grade seeds including vegetable, flower, herb, spice, forage, and fruit-seed packets for planting. Using the storefront, creating an account, or completing checkout constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Products are listed as planting-grade seed stock. Photographs show typical labelling; germination, colour, and harvest timing may vary by season and lot.
- Prices appear in Indian Rupees (₹) for the pack size shown.
- Seasonal categories may have limited stock during off-peak periods.
- Declared weights and counts follow ordinary market tolerances for planting-grade seed.
4. Account eligibility
Checkout requires an email-verified account. Purchasers must be eighteen years or older, or complete the order through a parent or guardian.
5. Payment
- An order stands confirmed once prepaid payment clears or COD is accepted on screen.
- Accepted methods include UPI, cards, net banking, and COD where serviceable.
- Any COD surcharge is shown before the order is placed.
6. Seed product notice
Planting-grade seeds are living material. Viability depends on storage, method, and climate. We ship in moisture-barrier foil but do not guarantee identical germination for every planting.
7. Governing law
These terms follow the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts near our registered Mumbai address.
